Book Week Day 4

Mystery Reader Today

We could not have asked for a lovelier Mystery Reader than Takeaki's Grandmother, Fumiko. She came dressed for the part. Her book, "Pelle's New Suit" was well received as we already know quite a bit about wool and weaving. We had watched a video about how wool was turned into yarn in Unit One - Looking at the past and present.

We did a matinee performance for the Grade 4 when they were having their lunch. Mia and Anika were happy that their siblings got to enjoy their reading.

My Favourite Book Contest

We took part in a contest organised by Ms.Rose. We picked our favourite book and wrote about it. We hope to win a prize of our choice!

Guess the Character

The character today was too easy - Moana. Congratulations to Maori for being the first to guess.
